Lymphoma Possibility?

I saw my ENT last week (Tuesday) and had a CT scan done on my sinuses. He noticed my adenoids were very enlarged and I had an enlarged posterior cervical node. Obviously he was concerned about Lymphoma. My WBCs were also a bit high, my RBCs were very normal, and lymphocytes were in normal range, low range based on %. I’ve been extremely stressed lately as well.

Last Friday I had my adenoids taken out and biopsied for Lymphoma/Cancer, a flow cytometry and surgical biopsy (margins) were done and everything came back non-malignant.

My question is: can I be comfortable that I do not have Lymphoma with the result of my biopsy?

I do not have any B-Symptoms really, think I am imagining spleen pain right now in my left upper quadrant. I CONSTANTLY check the lymph node in my neck (bad habit), have been having some headaches post-surgery. I have bad anxiety — panic almost and when I lay down I sometimes start feeling extremely hot and sweat a bit. I just upped my dose of Zoloft.

It honestly sounds more like stress to me. Here’s some symptoms I would be real concerned about: itching, night sweats [soak the sheets type], weight loss. If you have swollen nodes for some reason and you are given antibiotics with no effect I would be concerned.
