upper back pain early pregnancy symptom

upper back pain early pregnancy symptom
I have a bunch of pregnancy symptoms, but a negative test how likely is it that I’m pregnant?

I’m almost certain that I must be pregnant because I’m fatigued, I have sensitive breasts that are also larger than normal, my period is 3-5 days late (my period is somewhat irregular usually fluctuates between the last week of the month and the first week my last one ended on the 1st of november), I usually break out badly before menstruation and my face is almost completely clear, I also have random feelings of hypoglycemia even though I’m not eating less often than I would normally, increased heart rate, an increase in vaginal discharge (milky colored), bloating, and I get muscle pain in my upper abs here and there, along with “fluttering” feelings. Even with all of this I still have negative pregnancy tests. I read that some people cannot get a positive test as early as 3 or 4 weeks, only at about 6-8. Has anyone had negative tests with all of these symptoms before?

I had symptoms, but had negative pregnancy test up until 17-18 dpo (days past ovulation). At about 18 dpo I had a positive pregnancy test. My daughter I had a positive pregnancy test 8-10 dpo. So it varies from pregnancy to pregnancy and it’s is possible you could be pregnant. That fluttering is probably gas, but if you are pregnant you may be much gassier than usual. If you do not have your period in a week, I would test again and get a blood test. It could be your hcg levels aren’t quite high enough.
