upper back pain deep breath
I am 14 years old and I have a really pain-full spot in my upper back below my shoulder blade .?
Please help me if I was in the doctors office on the pain scale it would be a 8 or a 9 i cant even sit forward. I’ve never had problems in the past when i take a deep breath it hurts like I wanna scream. Tell me how to get rid of the pain im depending on you all to help me.
