upper back pain yoga (2010-2-10)
I’ve always had some level of pain in my upper right back just before the shoulder blade for 1 year.
I’ve had my back checked in x-ray and there’s no bone damage. I also have been to the chiropractor many times and it always helps but it’s not curative.
