I gave birth to my Son without any pain relief at all. Have others out there done the same?
In the country in which I live, they seem to generally prefer natural births. I had a Ceserean with my daughter, because she was breach, and I was knocked out cold for that. But with my son, I gave birth to him with no help at all, except for my husband and the staff who were great! My labour started about 1.30am, but I had had him by 6.50am, so it wasn’t that long, but it was bloody painful at the time!
I gave birth to my son with out any pain medicine and it was not bad. The key is to focus on one thing when the contractions come and try to relax and take deep breaths.
