keep swelling down???easy 10 points?
under my left eye it is swollen pretty bad how can i make the swelling go down????
and would a muscle and joint pain gel (deep cold) where it provides ice pain relief help keep the swelling in my hand down
Try using hot compressions around 4 times a day. Heat a wet rag in the microwave for a few seconds, and then place it on your eye. This should help the swelling.
Warning: Don’t get the rag to hot, or it might burn your eye and/or face
