Home remedies for neck pain?
The bottom right portion of the back of my neck is hurting very badly. Anytime i bend or get up from bed or from sitting down my neck starts going into an extreme state of pain. I have tried putting ice on it but it just makes the pain go away for about an hour or an hour and a half, im taking ibuprofen/advil. The medicine gives me no relief. I do not have an icy hot pack or a heating pad. Any remedies may help, please. I am 14 years old. Thank You.
I know that you don’t have a heating pad, however that is the best solution. You could soak a towel in water and heat it in the microwave. Don’t set the microwave for more then 90 seconds at a time. Check the towel first to make sure that you don’t burn yourself.
