neck pain kids
i have two dance recitals today and i have bad neck pains?
how can i get rid of them long enough to finish the dances
im 12 so its gotta be somethin suitable for kids
this is hip hop, jazz, ballet, lyrical, tap, and partner
(a lot of neck movement) plz helpp
you could get that icy hot stuff. i used that for cheerleadung and it worked. if you can’t do that, then you could get a towel and put it in hot water and put it on your neck… that may help too.
