Neck Pain?
Can neck pain be caused by stress? My neck has been extremely stiff the past few days and I don’t know what it’s from. My glands have been swollen too, so thought that it might also be something to do with mono. Can neck pain be associated with mono?

Stress headaches and neck pain are the worst to get rid of. Try putting your head back and slowly turn your headfrom side to side see if you get soem relief meantime. Also try a buckwheat pillow if you have one warmed in the microwave or a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel.
