lower back pains during period
really bad lower stomach pains during sex and still there no period what could this mean?

first thing to do is spend 10 on home pg test. if that is ruled out, you could possibly have ovarian cysts. I had two a few years ago that caused me to miscarry, both were softball size. Cant see it from outside even at that size. Caused pain during sex, walking, lying down…
also, if you are trying new positions it could be a reason for the pain. Legs in higher positions could be causing muscle cramps. Try lowering legs a bit to see if that helps. Of course if you’ve not been trying anything new then that’s ruled out.
Cysts can cause missed cycles. Endometriosis is another option. If your pg test is negative, see your gynecologist.
