i want to develop abs, but my lower back hurts very bad before i can feel a stretch in my abs.please tell me y
My whole life iv wanted to get ripped abs but never found myself trying to. I have finnaly started trying very hard. the thing is, i have a severe problem when im doing sit-ups or crunches in which i feel very bad pain in my lower back muscles far before i can feel a stretch in my abdominal area, even if i pull through that pain for about 50-70 crunches or sit-ups. iv spent hours on youtube trying to see if am doing right by finding a video but of coarse all i can find is vidoes about “try this and try that for only so much money etc.” i dont want to pay money to get abs dammit!!! i just want to know what im doing wrong and how i can do ab excercises with good results from the comfort of my home without buying stuff minus the severe back problems that, even after an unsuccesful workout, i suffer from even hours after the event. someone please help me IN DETAIL IF POSSIBLE. oh and another thing iv noticed is that all sites seem to refer to fat people which im not, if that info helps.
Ok I’ll try to explain it to you in as best detail as I can. I have a bad back too, and this is good for me. You can do abs standing up. Stand with your feet about 6 to 8 inches apart and bend your knees slightly place your hands in front of you like your praying and exhale as you bend from your waist, nothing else should move, and repeat about fifty times. This also will strengthen your lower back. For your obliques Get down on one knee like your proposing and extend the other leg out to the side, ok so that’s one leg bent with knee to the floor and other extended, place your hands the same way and lean to the side of your bent knee, exhale as you lower and inhale as you come up, try to not come back up all the way to keep tension on your abs.
