Question on lower back pain?
I have had lower back pain for years and I have just taken some tylenol or advil and it went away. But now sometimes when I walk it all of a sudden it feels like my back lower back has gone out of joint and it’s very difficult to walk, it almost feels like my bones are grinding together..when this happens I usually lie down with my feet up and it goes away in a couple of hours to a couple of days…could you please suggest what may be wrong with me? Thanks for your answers..
You could have a disc problem. If you ignore disc pain long enough you may lose the protective fluid inside your disc. When this happens you experience bone-on-bone pain and usually need surgery.
