pain relief spinal stenosis (2010-7-28)
Has anyone out there ever had surgery for spinal stenosis?
If you have PLEASE ask the dr. to giv u physical therapy after surgery. I can’t tell you how much pain I’m in to get relief from stiffness in my neck. I’m in massage therapy and it’s certainly not a walk in the park!!!
