back pain when breathing deeply

Back pain when I breathe deeply?

I’m having a pain on the left side of my back (around the middle vertically) when I take medium to deep breaths. It started this morning being annoying. It’s not horrible pain, just enough that I notice it.

I just sneezed and in addition to the back pain, it kind of resonated a light pain throughout my arms down to my fingertips.

I’m thinking maybe pneumonia but it’s spring and I’m prone to hayfever. Which is more likely or could it be something else?
Addition: I also have a really stuffy nose, light cough (once every 15-20 minutes) and feel somewhat lethargic.

It’s possible for it to be something in your lungs, or it could also be a muscle strain. I had something similar. I would breath deep and my back would hurt right over my lungs. I asked kids dr to check me, since I had to take them, and she said it was clear, so I was pretty sure it was muscular. I had just had a hell of a time trying to put the spare tire on my car the night or 2 before (nuts wouldn’t come off).
