What are some possible reasons as to why a person would get sharp pains in their knee?
About a month ago, I was playing with my nephew in the park and hit my knee on a piece of equipment, ever since then I have been getting sharp pains periodically. (Not old age, I’m only 22) I have taken Ibuprofen sometimes to ease the pain, however I was just curious as if I just bruised my knee or if it was something more seriously than that and should take the time to go see the doctor. The sharp pains feels kind of like a charlehorse that one might get in their leg. Any thoughts?
You need to build up a bit more leg muscle. There is too much pressure on the knee joints, due to you putting too much weight on them. Stronger legs mean that you will support yourself with your muscles, rather than just your bone structure.
