back brace work
How does wearing a back brace help for people with scoliosis?
I have been wearing back brace for about a month and i am having rashes all over my body.It has practically disfigured my body.But i want to know why wearing it will help me decrease my dregrees.
i have scoliosis too. the back brace will NOT fix the curvature. it only holds it in place from getting any worse. im using the clear institute program to get fix my scoliosis cuz i really dont want to have to wear a brace. wearing the brace MIGHT help fix it a little but chances are it wont. email me if you want excersises or info on the clear institute. xx kate
