I consistently have pain at the back of my neck, what could be cause and remedy?
That’s a difficult question, could be a muscle spasming, problems with the disks in your neck, osteoarthritis. Its best to see your doctor and let him or her diagnose the problem so you get the appropriate treatment. In the mean time try Aleve, moist heat 2 to 3 times a day. There is also a product called BioFreeze, its a cream applied to the area, its somewhat expensive but works really well for muscle pain. Hope this helps.
